Drop it at any post office
Refunds land within five working days of the parcel reaching Porto. Exchanges ship the moment it is scanned.
Sizing
Every product page has its own size guide with garment measurements, the fit, and the size the model wears.
Women’s tops run XS to XL and trousers by waist, 24 to 32. Men’s tops run S to XXL and trousers 28 to 36. Between sizes, take the larger in shirts and outerwear and your usual size in knitwear, which is cut relaxed.

Care and repairs
Wash less, wash cool, dry flat. Good clothes last longer when they are left alone a little.
Holes, thin elbows and frayed cuffs on any Halcy knit are mended at the mill that made it, for as long as you own it. Write to us with a photo; you pay the postage one way and we cover the repair and the return.
